Fisher Garages recently completed a project in the charming Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago, known for its historic homes, tree-lined streets, and strong community vibe. The project involved transforming an old one-car garage into a spacious 2-1/2 car garage, measuring 22×22 feet. The new garage features a hip roof, an offset overhead door to separate cars from storage, a concrete slab with high and dry water ledges, and a side concrete pad. High-grade aluminum soffit, fascia, door, and window trims were also included.

The easiest project that I have undertaken as a homeowner for the past 25 years by far. Every aspect of this build went seamlessly, from the initial estimate to the final inspection.
