The entire Jefferson Park neighborhood can rejoice in the removal of an old eyesore garage, which we replaced with this modern new hip-roof garage, chock-full of great extra ideas. The entire idea of a garage is expanded with the addition of happy little windows and a rear overhead party door that opens to the back yard, making the garage extra-functional as well as beautiful. What a great idea! And what a great garage!

Michael was a dream to work with – if he was a general contractor, I’d use him for everything. Our new garage is beautiful, the communication was steady and flexible (text, email, calls based on the urgency), Michael was professional but extremely personable, and we couldn’t have asked for more. There will always be hiccups when you’ve got demo and electric and all sorts of components to this type of job, but we were always confident Michael would handle them, and he did. We got quotes from some of the ‘big guys,’ but I promise you they won’t think out of the box like Michael did, provide the personalized customer service he did, and they were more expensive.
