Fisher Garages demolished a very old, two car garage in Jefferson Park, which is located in the Northwest side of the city of Chicago, IL. The alley access made it very easy for our crews (demolition, concrete, carpenters) to build this beautiful, new, two and a half (22′ x 22′), hip roof garage. This garage also featured a rear overhead (party) door with single hung windows on each side. Aluminum trim around the soffit & fascia as well as all the door trims. The added addition of gutters on all four sides with two downspouts capped off this garage project perfectly.

My husband and I were originally looking to have a garage built with roof deck, but after multiple calls to many companies, Mike was the only one to take the time to explain why garages with roof decks aren’t really built anymore in the city of Chicago. We chose to move forward regardless, as a new garage was needed. It was easy to schedule an appointment with Mike. The best part was-EVERY step of the process was done with or through Mike. This meant- for the estimate, it was Mike that came out. The main point of contact- was Mike. Any contractor that was coming out- we would hear about it from Mike and Mike would come out every day that a contractor was working. This made the process SO much more personable and enjoyable. We appreciate how much Mike was willing to work with us. My husband is a civil engineer and VERY particular- Mike took on the challenge in great stride and was eager to listen to my husband’s concerns or comments. Throughout every step of the process, my husband could call Mike and discuss any concerns and Mike would happily come out to chat with him and rectify any situation to cater to my husband’s many specific requirements. Finally, we had a very short time frame to complete the project and Mike was phenomenal at making sure everything stayed on schedule and was completed in a timely fashion.
